Pumps
and slurry pipelines
Slurry pumps and spare parts, wear-resistant liners and lined pipelines. We cover the entire abrasive-media handling loop — from the impeller to the spool.
Pumps and spare parts
We supply slurry pumps and a full set of replacement parts for handling abrasive and aggressive slurries. We select the hydraulics and the wetted-part material to match the medium's parameters.
- Impellers, volute casings, throatbush liners and protective wear discs
- Shafts, sleeves, seals and gland-packing assemblies
- Metal and rubber versions to match the wear type
Three types of wear protection
Metal, rubber and ceramic liners — selected to match the flow character, abrasiveness and temperature.
Metal liners
Wear-resistant alloys for high-head and coarse-grained slurries — where maximum resistance to impact-abrasive action is required.
Rubber liners
Elastic protection against fine abrasives and cavitation.
Ceramic liners
Extreme hardness for high-velocity flows.
Lined slurry pipelines
We design and manufacture lined pipelines and spools to the customer's route — with flanges, bends and reducers per drawing.
- Steel pipe with ceramic lining (ceramic pipe or pipe tile + steel pipe)
- Pipe rubber-lined with polyurethane (PU + steel pipe)
- Rubber pipe and rubber-ceramic lining
- Rubber expansion joints and flexible inserts
Pipes, spools and expansion joints
Internal lining, spools, expansion joints and flange connections — pipeline assemblies up close.
RIO Latex Rubber
TechSolution-A is the representative of the RIO Latex Rubber manufacturing plant. Superior resistance to abrasive wear in slurry environments: over 95% natural rubber, produced using the Latex Liquid Phase Compounded Process technology.
